Every CustoMixtape CD, cassette and vinyl record is made to order with your own music and artwork. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, does not play correctly, or is different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@customixtape.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We will send you a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund. You do not need to send the faulty item back.
Digital downloads
Digital templates and files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. If a file does not open or is faulty, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
